Impact Campaign on Anaemia

Brief

Curley Street is developing a grassroots impact and awareness campaign centered around the film Rooting for Roona. The campaign comprises a series of videos on preventive maternal health to be used as training resources for frontline health workers and as health education tools for the community. The project is currently being piloted in rural Karnataka [India] in partnership with local healthcare organisations. Anaemia in pregnancy was chosen as the focus area as it is such an important issue. There are 5 videos targeted at the health workers (like ASHAs and ANMs) and 2 targeted at the community (pregnant women, their families etc).
